Checked out of hotel today. Now for the real test. Now back at home with a kitchen and a FRIDGE...
Actually felt hungry tonight. All in my mind... So drnak a huge glass of sparkling water followed by a cup of warm water. I have had all my meals so will be fine.
I know that if I break and eat then i will go back to square one in terms of going in ketosis..
