Well good and bad yesterday I finished a course in Nottingham and drove to durum where I met a colleague ready for ta course today. I was good; I sat there while he ate a large steak and chips. Because it was late and I hadn’t unpacked yet, I ordered a soup not a Cambridge soup as I hadn’t got to the room yet. I wish I had had the Cambridge soup but was too hungry and needed something. ![]()
Today I stuck to the diet all day even sitting in the restaurant while other ate a large dinner. I didn’t feel hungry at all and when I got back to the room I watched a program called make yourself 10 years younger or a name similar to that. It was a bout a lady who had lost 9 stone and was left with very baggy skin and they took her through surgery to put her right. Of course I only had 4 stone 13 pounds to lose so hopefully won’t be as bad.
Actually I do have a huge confession to make though
,when I came back to the room I made a cup of filter coffee and ate the hotel biscuits so I’m really cross with my self because I know it will affect the ketosis state and will make me feel hungry as my body will now crave carbs. It’s kinda like picking a spot and making it worse. Tomorrow I must make sure I don’t do this. I have a big drive home of about 5 hours after I finish a course that finishes at 4ish.
Ive got to remember if I lose 3 stone by Christmas I can have a lovely new monsoon dress.![]()
