. I met my councillor Fill on Monday morning. She weighed me “shock weight” weigh like a man…
Took all my measurements and took my photo. The counsellor use her dinning room to run her business. Had really professional scales and the whole range of drinks to choose from. I chose sole source. Might as well go for it. No point in having food when I’m addicted to it. I know how to eat well but I’ve ate too much.
I chose a selection of soups milkshakes and ready made milk shakes to take to work.
I have now completed two whole days of the diet. At the moment I’m working away and staying in a hotel. I thought it would make it harder having the temptation of a restaurant menu and the offer of a full cooked breakfast. BUT no. I have had room service which consisted of a large bottle of sparkling water and a big pot of green tea (normal teas tastes bitter with out milk) the hotel gave me a soup bowl and spoon to make my soup in. I brought from home some black pepper and some spices to make the soup even yummier. Not having a fridge to look inot has been help.
While all the delegates on the course were tucking into a buffet I drank my ready made velvet chocolate milk shake and drank a large glass of water.
Reading the booklet I’ve made sure I’ve drank loads of water. Reading the booklet it says not only does it reduce the hunger pains but its also aid flushing through the by-products (toxins) that the body produces while breaking down the fat. It also stops the dizzy spells.
Your body goes into stage called “ketosis! Which means its starts to use your fat build up once it’s used all the carbs. You can buy these strips that measure if you have gone into this stage. If you cheat then you come straight out of this stage. Once in it you won’t feel hungry. I’m not there though because tonight I do feel a bit hungry. But I’m going to stick to it and get passed that stage. After all I’ve invested this money. And there is the thing about being huge and only being able to buy fat clothes lol. I’m looking forward to the weigh in on Monday. I have four stone to lose and I’m going to do it.
